Josie Passantino-Boone is a dynamic force in the entertainment and media industries, known for her entrepreneurial spirit, award-winning broadcasting, and unwavering support of independent artists. At just 14 years old, Josie launched her career by founding The Josie Show, a weekly radio program that quickly gained national recognition for its engaging interviews and spotlight on music artists, songwriters, legends, actors/actresses, and authors.
Today, she is the CEO of the Josie Music Association, LLC, a multifaceted brand encompassing radio, music award show, publishing, cosmetics, and more. As the host and founder of The Josie Show, Josie has conducted over 3,500+ interviews with artists across genres. Her show has earned multiple accolades, including the Sparkle Award and the Independent Country Music Association’s Most Indie Friendly Radio Show honor. Josie is also the visionary behind JMA Radio, an award-winning station she owns and manages, and The Josie Music Awards, one of the largest independent music award ceremonies in the world.
Her dedication to uplifting indie artists has earned her induction into the Independent Country Gospel Bluegrass Music Association Hall of Fame. Beyond broadcasting, Josie is a singer-songwriter whose debut single “Teenage Girl” spent over 30 weeks at #1 on request charts. She is also a published author, a live event host, and the creator of Confidently Ready, a cosmetic and hair care line.

As the Co-Founder and Owner of The Josie Network of Brands and the Josie Music Association, LLC, Tinamarie oversees a powerhouse portfolio of seventeen diverse brands, including the world-renowned Josie Music Awards, the largest privately owned, independent, multi-genre award show in the industry.
Her entrepreneurial footprint spans a remarkable array of sectors, including media (The Josie Show, JMA Radio, JMA Network TV), hospitality (Passantino's Concert Cafe), beauty (Confidently Ready), fashion (Tinamarie & Giuseppina Collections), and the beverage industry (SongSoda and Whistlin' Spring Water). This versatility is backed by a deep technical foundation in contract creation, HR, marketing, and multi-unit management.
Before her current ventures, Tinamarie spent over a decade in high-level leadership within the early childhood education sector. As a District Manager, she held bottom-line accountability for 14 locations and 175 staff members, consistently exceeding growth targets and achieving state accreditations. Her career began with a focus on education and operations, where she earned multiple "Center Director of the Year" awards, Exceeding DOI honors, Quality awards, NAEYC Accreditation, and was listed in the National Register’s Who for Business Professionals.
A true Renaissance woman, Tinamarie’s background includes work as a business owner, manager, overseas spice industry, growth and business development, and more alongside her philanthropic efforts with organizations like St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, March of Dimes, Feeding America, and more.
